Today officially begins the research work of Gabriele Gallo, young graduate in Exercise Science who won the 2019 edition of the competition resulting from the synergy between Mapei Sport and the Varese Sport Commission Chamber of Commerce project.

The topic of his research will be the “Relationship between workloads and physical performance of cyclists”. As part of his studies in the Exercise Physiology – Sport Science area, Gabriele will have the opportunity to carry out a period of analysis and experimentation within the Mapei Sport Research Center in Olgiate Olona, putting into practice on the field what he has learned on books.

All thanks to the research grant worth 10 thousand euros, made available by Mapei Spa, to remember professor Aldo Sassi and to better train young researchers by involving them in the activities of the Mapei Sport laboratories.
