On Saturday 18 November 2023, the Scienza&Sport conference, in memory of training and sport master Enrico Arcelli, returns in attendance after three editions organised with the webinar formula. The panel of speakers is truly unique: top league athletic trainers, internationally renowned experts in the field of methodology, sector specialists and Monza coach Raffaele Palladino. The theme? One of the most captivating and interesting of the moment: ‘High speed and high intensity in football. Differences, evaluation and training’. Over 7 hours of lessons from 8.30 am to 3.30 pm for a unique experience in a modern and elegant location in the heart of Milan’s CityLife district, the NH Collection in via Bartolomeo Colleoni 14.

10 speakers of absolute competence and ‘guaranteed’ to analyse the most interesting topics of the moment. A training course coordinated by the director of the magazines Scienza&Sport and Nuovo Calcio Ferretto Ferretti and Ermanno Rampinini, operations manager of the Mapei Sport Research Centre, to expertly develop all the nuances of high speed and high intensity, as well as technological innovations to improve the footballer’s performance.

Rampinini, head of Mapei Sport’s Human Performance Lab and Sassuolo’s athletic training coordinator, will open the training day with a speech entitled “The evolution of the concept of high intensity in football”, which will be followed by another 9 sessions of a conference not to be missed.
