Carrying out various standing monopodalic long jumps, landing on the same foot, it is possible to measure performance asymmetries (length of the jump) between the tw legs. Besides the difference in the length of the jump, it is also possible to conduct a simplified biomechanics analysis using a 2D lateral video footage, which allows to estimate knee angles during landing and push-off phases. Results obtained can be helpful in identifying risk factors for injuries o in monitoring return to play after a trauma.
